2. Fix the support rod and pressure plate: The core filter must be fixed by the fixed support rod and pressure plate (except for single-core 226 interface filters). If there is no fixed support rod and pressure plate to fix the filter element (except for the single-core 226 interface filter), when pressure is applied, the filter element will deform, shift and leak. When installing the filter element, make sure that each filter element is correctly installed in place and firmly. (When inserting the 222 and 226 sockets, use a large force to slowly press them in place to ensure a good seal).
3. Seal on the top of the filter: Sun-Central's exclusive SDS seal ring can effectively prevent liquid side leakage. The traditional sealing ring can also be used as a substitute, but the sealing effect is not flattering. Improper sealing at the top of the filter cannot prevent side leakage, which will result in filtration failure.
Ensure that the sealing ring is correctly placed in the sealing groove and in close contact with the inner wall of the sealing groove (cleaning the sealing ring and the sealing groove is particularly important), otherwise side leakage will occur during the filtration process.
